Ticket sales
Sales will be made through a web-based ticketing system called SeatAdvisor
- A ticketing fee will be added to your purchase (from $1.00 - $8.00 per ticket (online), $2.00 - $10.00 (phone))
- An e-ticket will be issued which you can print on your own printer
- You will need to show ID upon entry
- Your purchase will automatically register you to our database unless you advise us otherwise
- If you are a volunteer wishing to camp in Kingsley Park, you will need to call our office to buy your ticket and campsite
- Campsite sales will be issued with your weekend ticket purchase (see info below re camp areas)
- Individual campsites in all camping areas are not allocated this year so First in, Best spot!

Terms, conditions and event Information
Entry
Festival Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who:
- Cannot produce a valid e-ticket
- Cannot produce suitable photographic ID – Drivers license, Student cards are acceptable
- Produces an e-ticket that has been purchased or obtained through an unauthorized source or through illegal means
- Produces an e-ticket that has been duplicated
- Is in possession of and refuses to surrender any prohibited or illegal object
Entry through the gate will be made easier if you have your e-ticket/s, ID, concession card if applicable and accommodation passes in your hands ready for processing.
Minors (under 18 years of age)
All minors entering and attending the Fairbridge Festival and Fairbridge Village site must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. A 'responsible adult' means a parent, step-parent, spouse, de facto partner, legal guardian or any other person in loco parentis to the minor. A person in loco parentis must be able to fulfill the normal functions of a parent concerning supervision of a minor(s). An older brother or sister or friend of the minor(s) is not a 'responsible adult'.
Age
- Ages are taken from the date of entry to the festival
- Proof of age may be requested any time throughout the duration of the Festival
Refunds
A cancellation fee below will apply until 17 March 2010. After 17 March, tickets will not be refundable.

- There are no refunds on camping component of a “Weekend with Camping ticket” purchase.
- There are no refunds on bus tickets.
- The program is subject to change at short notice due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control. Refunds will not be offered where there is dissatisfaction with a change or the event does not meet your expectations.
- Keep your tickets in a safe place. Lost or stolen tickets will not be re-issued at the gate. If your ticket is lost or stolen prior to the festival, you must contact the Festival Office on 08 9246 3311 to cancel the barcode and arrange issue of a new barcoded ticket.
Wristbands
Do not remove your wristband during the festival. Wristbands will not be re-issued.
Program Books
Adult and adult concession tickets include 1 free program book issued on entry. A family ticket includes two program books. Additional books are available for purchase at the ticket office and merchandise shop.
Security
Festival Organisers reserve the right to evict any person who:
- Is not wearing a Festival wristband
- Does not comply with the Terms and Conditions as outlined in this document
- In the case of a minor being evicted, the accompanying responsible adult will also be required to leave the site
- Is in possession of any illegal item. Vehicles and carry bags may be searched prior to entry to the Festival Precinct
- Involved in any illegal activity, including underage drinking. The offender will have their wristband removed, the matter referred to the Police, and be escorted from the festival site
- Is behaving in a manner that unreasonably interferes with another patron's enjoyment of the Festival
- Is causing damage or threatens the safety of other people on the site
- All valuables and personal property remain the responsibility of the ticket holder.
Alcohol
- There are 3 licensed areas for purchase and consumption of alcohol. BYO will not be permitted.
- Any person found involved in underage drinking will have his/her wristband removed & will be escorted from the site.
Smoking
The Festival Precinct is smoke free.
Footwear
Footwear is compulsory at all times.
Pets
No pets are allowed at Fairbridge Village, no matter how small or quiet.
Copyright
Sound/video recordings of performances cannot be made for commercial use without prior written consent of the festival organisers.
Safety and parking
- Bring a torch for safe night walking, this is a rural site with uneven ground and gum nuts from the many trees
- Parking is provided for Day visitors and those camping in Oval Tent City outside the festival gate
Camping sales and camp area information
- Campsite purchases will be issued as part of your selected weekend ticket.
- There are no marked out sites, you can select your own spot inside the area you select, see below.
- Campsite Monitors will be available to assist where necessary.
- Entry and exit paths for vehicles and pedestrians will be marked.
- One car per camping family group in Rivergrounds, Fields & Kingsley Park – consider lift share options with friends. Extra cars must be parked in the front car park.
- For the comfort of others, please do not drive around the campgrounds or festival precinct once you have set up your campsite.
- You may camp for Fri, Sat (2) or Fri, Sat, Sun (3) nights.
Oval Tent City camping area
Cars for Oval Tent City are to be parked outside the front gate and this is the place if you stay up late!
- Bring your own tent or swag – no restrictions on size – but you will need to be carrying your gear
- A camping place for those who like to stay up late, for young people or people young at heart
- A quiet time curfew of 3.00 Sat, Sun & Mon am
- No cars or wheeled camp vehicles are allowed on the Oval Tent City camping area
- Your car must be parked in the area reserved outside the front gate
- All camping gear will require transporting to your site from the Parking Area, so trolleys and backpacks are recommended
- Ask us about our bus shuttle service from Mandurah Train Station to save the hassle of parking
Fields camping area
- To the east of the festival precinct, RDA cottage and Barbara Rowley House
- Beautiful views of the valley and hills surrounding
- You can drive a car to this area, please only one car per family group, respect the village, environment and our volunteer staff by sharing lifts
Rivergrounds camping area - SOLD OUT
- No camping is allowed outside the entry gate to this area
- To the north of the Dining Room, surrounded by native trees and close to the river
- You can drive a car to this area, please only one car per family group, respect the village, environment and our volunteer staff by sharing lifts
Kingsley Park camping area
- This area is for Volunteers, Markets, Caterers and those with special needs
- Not available for purchase online
- You can drive a car to this area, please only one car per family group, respect the village, environment and our volunteer staff by sharing lifts
Bus transport from/to Mandurah Train Station, Mandurah Visitors Centre and the festival site
This year we are offering a bus service between Mandurah Train Station and the Festival site. You can use this service if you have to arrive separately from your group, like the idea of using eco-friendly transport and avoiding any hold-up getting into the festival.
