Getting there

Driving

The Fairbridge Festival is located at the historic Fairbridge Village on the South West Highway about an hour south of the city of Perth, Western Australia, and five minutes north of the town of Pinjarra.

From the north you can take the Kwinana Freeway south to Pinjarra Road, exit left, then head east to the South West Highway and turn left (heading north) at the T junction in Pinjarra.

From the south take the Forrest Highway to Pinjarra Road, exit left, then head east to the South West Highway and turn left (heading north) at the T junction in Pinjarra.

Either way, you’ll see a large Fairbridge Village sign 5 Km north of Pinjarra on the eastern side of South West Highway.

The festival has a commitment to ensure the impact on the heritage listed village site is kept to a minimum. Please talk with your friends about sharing rides so we have fewer emissions and vehicles parked on the whole site. Join us on Facebook.

Public Transport

A great option is to catch the train from Perth (Wellington St) to Mandurah Station and pick up our Festival shuttle bus. This is a fabulous service if you have to arrive separately from your group, like the idea of using eco-friendly transport and you avoid any hold-up getting into the festival site. It is also a great way of getting to the festival if you prefer not to camp and are staying off site. Tickets for shuttle bus ($10 each way) can be purchased online through our BUY page after 6 February 2012.

Please check TransPerth journey planner prior to leaving as train timetable may change at http://www.transperth.wa.gov.au
