Sales for tickets and camping open Wed 30 January, 2008 at 8am. A campsite is available for purchase through this website when purchased with a festival entry ticket. You can order more than one campsite, but there must be a matching number of entry tickets purchased at the same time. The following types of entry ticket give one campsite entitlement: family weekend, adult weekend, concession weekend. You can buy a campsite in your preferred camping area. You may tell us in the “extra comments” at the end of your order your preferred campsite number(s) within your selected camping area. Although we will do our utmost, there is no guarantee we can fulfill your request. For orders of more than one campsite we will do our best to allocate these together. The following camping area plans show the approximate layout of the campsites to assist you in selecting your campsite number(s). Rivergrounds camping area plan. (note – not suitable for caravans in case of wet conditions). Fairbridge Fields camping area plan. Campsite dimensions are approx. 6m x 6m, are not powered and shade is not guaranteed. There is room at your campsite for only one car, authorized by the vehicle pass we will send out. Extra cars must be parked in the front carpark (paddock) please. Facilities are basic – toilets and some showers. Bring your own water for ‘at camp’ use. Tap water is drinkable but for conservation please bring all the water you’l need for the weekend. Also taps are rare and far away. The Festival Site Map shows the camping areas in relation to the Festival venues. Campsites must be purchased for at least three nights, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is one order item for these three nights in each of the camping areas. There is a separate order item to enable you to extend your stay to Sunday night. Your campsite fee covers a maximum of two adults and two youths/children 6 - 17 years. There are separate order items for extra people (adult and youth/child) for three nights and for the extra (Sunday) night if required. Refunds are possible for campsites as well as entry tickets subject to $10 admin fee. You must return tickets and passes to Fairbridge Festival Earlybird Ticket Centre, 8 Goddard Way, Bull Creek, WA, 6149 by Friday 11 April. Demand for campsites may exceed supply and the campsites for three nights will show a “sold out” message when this occurs. A waitlist is available. There is a separate item at the bottom of the shopping list for purchase of a waitlist position. The charge for a waitlist position is fully refundable (no admin fee) on request or if no campsite becomes available by the start of the Festival. Campsite Fees & Extras
